ORJI WILLIAMS

- Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

He is a seasoned entrepreneur and an industrialist with Electrical and Civil engineering background who has interest in the downstream and upstream oil sectors of the oil and gas industry, Orji is widely recognized as an innovator in this field. In the past 17 years, he has acquired considerable expertise and vast knowledge in this sector. Some of the projects concluded under his capacity are but not limited to the following: Construction, fabrication and installation of complete Storage Tank facilities for Nepal Oil & Gas Service Ltd, Rain Oil Ltd, Ontario Oil & Gas Ltd, all in Oghara Delta State. Other concluded projects but subletted to wonsteel projects Ltd are also not limited to BUA Sugar Refinery Apapa, Guinness Brewery and Techno Oil & Gas Ltd. He brings a wealth of experience garnered from these different industry segments and an unflinching commitment to excellence tothe board. He is happily married with children.

BARR. INNOCENT UKWU

- Legal Adviser/Company Secretary

Innocent Ukwu is the managing Partner of ALL HALLOWS ATTONEYS and head of the commercial section. He holds a law degree from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. Innocent has a Sterling transaction background having practiced with some of the more renowned market leading corporate commercial law firms in Nigeria before joining All Hallows Attorneys as a partner.

His aboriginal understanding of the Nigerian market place and business environment is a significant selling point for All Hallows Attorneys especially International clients seeking to do business in Nigeria.

Innocent is constantly providing transaction advisory to high network clients on several niche areas of law, including Real Estate, Oil and gas, Due diligence.

ABIAKWEH KINGSELY CHINONYEREM

- GM Finance and Corporate Affairs

Kingsley holds a Bachelor of Arts in French from Imo State University , Owerri. PGD in Management and Masters in Management from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He has over nine years experience in the Financial Institution; He worked as Head of Operations in Finbank Plc. And prior to joining Wonsteel Projects Limited, he has some years of experience as it relates to the Oil and Gas sector. He was the Operation Manager for Sunoil Energy ltd, and has attended several courses, training, seminars and programmes both in Banking and Petroleum Downstream from a number of reputable consulting firms.

RALIEGH EMMANUEL KALU

- Manager QC/QA & HSE

He is the Manager responsible for Quality Control / Quality Assurance, Health, Safety and Environment. He has a wide experience in this field. He was the Safety Officer for Prima Alpha Maritime Ltd. He also worked for Joseph Sammy Maritime Ltd where he was the Senior Safety Officer in charge of Vessels: for example MTAsaba. Before joining Wonsteel Projects Ltd, he was the ()MA& HSE Manager in Fear God Marine Services Ltd. He has a certificate from Regional Maritime University Nungua, Accra Ghana.

UDO UDOMA O

- GM Civil Engineering

He is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic Auchi where he obtained a HND in Structural and Civil Engineering. He is a member of Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE). He has breadth and balance in all aspects of Civil & Structural Engineering, he is a guru in computer-aided designing for all aspects of engineering. He was the Senior Engineer with Unique Engineering Development Ltd. Before joining Wonsteel Management team, he was with Danfam Engineering Company, saddled with design and supervision of various projects, including Jetty Shore-line protection and terminal facilities.

AGWUFIGO U.K

- Manager Electrical Engineerings

He is a graduate of Akanu Ibiarn Federal Polytechnic Afikpo in Abia State, he holds a higher National Diploma in Electronic and Electrical Engineering. He is member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE). He has attended many relevant courses and training in this fields.

ONIOVO VICTOR

- GM Electrical Engineering & Technical

Victor holds a B. Tech in Electro -Mechanical Engineering and Technology from Nnamdi Azikwe University, Akwa in 2001. He also has a certificate HSE Competence Development course from Nigeria Institute of Safety Professional, Warri. He is a member of the following professional bodies: Nigeria Institute of Mechanical Engineers (NIMECHE), Niegai society of Engineers (NSE), Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He has attended many Engineering training and courses, prior to joining our management team, Victor worked as the mechanical design & project manager for Iron products industries Ltd and Asaa Energy & Engineering services Ltd, he was saddled with the responsibility of project management, planning of work schedules and supervision of constructions projects such as, Oando Terminal 2 Mini Lube plant upgrade, Luqu id Bulk Ltd 107 Litres Oil Storage terminal project. He also worked as a trainee Engineer with Shell Petroleum Development Company and Warri Refining and petroleumical Company in Warri Delta State. He is a guru in technical and engineering drawings, designs and interpretation. His years and wealth of experience is an added advantage to the management.

BENJAMIN R. ABAD

- GM Contracts, Logistics & Consultancy

Benjamin holds a Technical Classification Certificate, 2nd Class Electrician, National Manpower and youth council (Philippines) Certificate No. 0541, January 17, 1978. In 1981,he studied Electro Mechanical/Electronic Instrumentation and Control Engineering through Correspondence study; International Correspondence School, 341, Argle Street, Glasgow G2 8LW Scotland, Great Britain. He is a members of Environmental Science Research Institute, Redlands, California, 92373-8100 USA.

Benjamin has over thirty five years of personal involvement of practical responsibilities in land/marine militaryicivilian facilities construction, under water offshore pipeline laying, port construction, pile foundation, dredging for navigation channeling, hydro graphic surveillance, locks and dam design for inland water resources for navigation, breakwater design for harbour purpose, manufacturing and onshore petroleum-chemical facilities and other industries services.

He has an excellent understanding of the general design guidelines and criteria for retaining walls, inland and coastal flood walls familiar with types of walls and types of foundations; and familiar with both geo-technical and structural aspects of wall design, such as structural stability, foundation analysis, and structural design and details. Onsite remedial action of actual technical problem and improved supervision of production by proper analysis of current production system, product input flow, output flow, material handling and storage, workers attitude and training. Versatile in multi-engnieering knowledge in civil, erosion control coastal preservation, water resources management, heavy equipment mechanical maintenance supervisor, electrical, generators, transformers, heavy duty transmission pipeline pumps, pipeline testing and purging, instrumentation and electronic control calibration, aircraft rescue fire fighting technique and fire protection management ARFF.

ENGR. PRINCE .C UDEBUANI

- GM Operation

A Graduate of university of Port-Harcourt, River State. He has Master Degree in Petroleum Management (M.SC) in University of south-western Louisiana Lafayette, Louisiana, He has undergone specialized training on Petroleum Toxicity and association substances at Bangkok University Thailand, as well as training programs in management and several studies in shipping /Oil and Gas Overseas. Before joining Wonsteel Projects Ltd, he has worked extensively within the oil and Gas industries including NNPC/PPMC.

WILLIAMS CHIBUIKE

- Site Manager

He is a graduate of University of Maiduguri, 2007. He holds a professional higher diploma in computer science from RSA Institute incorporated. He is versatile and has attended several courses and training. He is a certified PC Engineer (Comptia A+) from NIIT. Before joining Wonsteel Projects Limited he has worked for forthsight Gold Construction Ltd in the capacity of a Site supervisor.

ENGR. EMMANUEL KALU MBA ICHE

- Site Manager

Iche Mba Kalu Emmanuel obtained Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree at Enugu State University of Science and Technology (2003). After his NYSC, Emmanuel joined an Italian construction company Dys Troccass Valsesia (DTV) Apapa Lagos; as a graduate trainee in their Engineering Work Experience Scheme in 2007, where he grew through the ranks to the post of Resident / Site Engineer. He had a stint with an indigenous construction company (DLF) as a project manager (Civil) (2014) before he joined WONSTEEL.

Among the high profile jobs Emmanuel handled with these companies include, but not limited to: BUA sugar factory Apapa Lagos (2007 - 2008); Capital Oil & gas Depot (2008 – 2010); Royal Salt Company Apapa Lagos (2010); Crown Flour Mill Apapa Lagos (2011 - 2013); Olam Rice Farms Rukkubi Nasarawa State (2013 - 2014); Honey Well Pasta Lagos (2014 - 2015); Kellogg Foods LFTZ Lagos (in a record time) (2016 - 2017) and recently with WONSTEEL; other Depot constructions (NEPAL and PROMENADE (Rain) Oil &Gas) Delta State and Lagos State. He worked with various internationals as well as Nigerian Natives, attended seminars and workshops.
